Presentation of inserts
- All inserts should be placed the same way round in every bundle
- Bundles should be at least 75mm thick
- Bundles should be "brick stacked" on pallets spines or folded edges kept perfectly flat.
- Pallets of inserts must allow for stacking two pallets high
- All pallets and delivery notes must show the following information:
Publication Name, Issue date, client name, quantity of inserts per pallet, quantity per carton/bundle/log
Delivery deadline
Inserts must arrive at our printers detailed below by THURSDAY one week prior to the publication date

- All deliveries are to be discussed and booked in with the printers, details of contact and numbers above
- Deliveries are accepted between 6am and 5pm Monday to Friday
- Date of delivery should be no earlier than one week prior to insertion date and no later than 48 hours prior to binding (binding takes place on Tuesday nights)
- When possible six samples of the insert should be sent to our production department.
Inserts not complying with the above specification will not be unloaded at our printers.
