Digital Advertising Copy - Specification Sheet

Acceptable Formats

• PDF: Artwork should be supplied as a PDF (Pass 4 Press) Digital artwork must be produced at 100% size, 300dpi, CMYK not RGB.
• EPS: Alternatively we will accept an Encapsulated Postscript File (EPS). All the font information must be embedded in the file. The file must be set for Process Colour (CMYK not RGB) with a preview and saved in Mac Binary format without crop marks. Digital artwork must be produced at 100% size

This must be sent/arrive on: Monday of the preceding week to the Thursday Publication Date.

Notes

• ALL live matter MUST be positioned 5mm in from ALL trim edges per page including gutter, due to perfect binding (Live matter area 287mm deep x 213mm wide).
• Page Bleed adverts will have 3mm trimmed off ALL edges.
• Double Page Spread Bleed adverts will have 3mm trimmed off ALL outer edges only.
